Personal Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Business Information: Industry, company size, automation needs and project details shared via contact form.
• Technical Data: IP address (anonymized), browser type and version.

Third-Party Sharing

We use the following service providers. No data is shared with any provider beyond those listed here, and we never sell personal data.

• n8n (self-hosted): Processes brief form submissions on our own server in Germany (EU).
• Google Workspace (Sheets): Stores the brief record so we can prepare your proposal.
• Telegram: Delivers an internal notification to our team when a brief arrives.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: Distinguishes humans from bots on the brief form; no form content is sent to it.
• Plausible: Analytics, cookie-free and GDPR-compliant.
• Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling: Booking and Google Meet calls, only if you schedule one.

Cross-border transfer: Google, Telegram and Cloudflare are established outside Türkiye, so submitting the brief form involves transferring your data abroad. Under KVKK Art. 9 we rely on your explicit consent, which is why the brief form asks for it separately. You may withdraw that consent at any time using the contact details below.

Data Security

We take appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, secure servers with restricted access controls, and regular security reviews. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Cookies

Plausible is cookie-free. We set one functional first-party cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language choice, and store your theme preference (light/dark) in localStorage. On the brief form, Cloudflare Turnstile may store technical data in your browser for bot detection. We set no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your Rights (KVKK & GDPR)

Under GDPR (Art. 15–22) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you have the following rights:

• Learning whether your personal data is being processed.
• Requesting correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data.
• Requesting deletion of your personal data under specified conditions.
• Objecting to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
• Requesting the transfer of your data to another data controller (data portability).
• Accessing your personal data and requesting information about how it is processed.
